Videographer (Motion Graphics) Dubai, UAE | Full-time About the role We're looking for a Videographer who can turn ideas into fun, dynamic, and engaging content for social media. You'll own edits from script interpretation to final delivery, with strong pacing, confident motion graphics, and a modern, scroll-stopping look. Responsibilities • Interpret scripts and build strong narrative structures for short-form and brand videos • Select, structure, and cut footage with tight pacing, including videos under 60 seconds • Design and animate motion graphics, kinetic typography, and text animations • Turn ideas into fun, dynamic content with a clear visual hierarchy • Use intelligent, purposeful transitions rather than transition-heavy editing • Choose and edit music and sound to support the story • Integrate generative AI tools into the production workflow • Meet deadlines and incorporate client and creative feedback • Maintain consistency across brand, typography, and animation Requirements • Solid professional video editing experience • Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects • Strong portfolio showing motion graphics, text animation, and storytelling • Proven ability to blend footage, typography, and animation seamlessly • Hands-on experience with generative AI tools in video workflows • Strong sense of rhythm, pacing, and music selection • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently Nice to have • Social-first editing experience across Reels, Shorts and LinkedIn • Basic sound design or color grading skills About the Hashtag Hashtag is a social-first agency with offices in Dubai, Riyadh, Alexandria, and Amman.
