Role Description The Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist (Spanish/English) is a full-time, on-site role based in Alexandria. This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, scheduling and conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring decisions with hiring managers. The specialist will create and post job descriptions, maintain candidate pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. The role also involves supporting employer branding initiatives, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and maintaining accurate recruitment records and reports. Daily activities include using multiple channels to attract talent, communicating with candidates in both Spanish and English, and aligning hiring activities with organizational needs and timelines. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates. Skills in Hiring processes and Interviewing, with the ability to assess candidate fit and support fair, structured selection decisions. Knowledge of Employer Branding concepts and practices to help promote the organization as an employer of choice. Fluency in Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages. Experience in talent acquisition within BPO, customer service, or similar fast-paced environments is preferred. Ability to work on-site in Alexandria, manage multiple requisitions, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and data accuracy. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Show more Show less
