We're Hiring | Commercial Manager Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Industry: Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) We are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to join our team and lead commercial pricing, bid strategy, and contract management activities within the Integrated Facilities Management sector. Key Responsibilities: Lead tender pricing and develop comprehensive cost models for IFM projects. Develop pricing strategies, rate cards, and commercial frameworks. Review RFPs, evaluate commercial risks, and support competitive bid submissions. Manage commercial contracts, negotiations, and contractual compliance. Work closely with Business Development and Operations to ensure profitability and commercial performance. Requirements: 8–12 years of relevant experience in commercial management, bid pricing, or contract management. Strong background in Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) or Facilities Management. Proven experience in tender pricing, cost modelling, contract negotiations, and commercial risk management. Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in a Commercial Manager or Senior Commercial Manager role is preferred. Show more Show less
