Sales Supervisor

We are looking for a Retail Sales Supervisor to lead and manage retail sales operations across assigned routes. You will drive target achievement, supervise field teams, and ensure strong market execution and customer coverage. Responsibilities Distribute sales targets among sales representatives and monitor achievement. Supervise daily field activities and conduct regular market visits. Set clear routes and ensure full customer coverage. Add new customers and update route lists when required. Review KPIs, sales reports, and monthly performance results. Follow up on vehicle loading, stock levels, and daily settlements. Monitor in store execution, offers, and promotional activities. Report competitor activities, pricing changes, and market trends. Ensure company policies and trade standards are followed. Coach and develop sales representatives to improve performance. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. +5 years of experience in retail or FMCG sales with supervisory exposure.
