Sales Trainer

About the role We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Sales Trainer to join our vocational education faculty. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering our diploma-level program, bridging the gap between dealership operations, supply chain management, and modern academic instruction. The ideal candidate will combine deep industry expertise in automotive retail and logistics with cutting-edge educational practices, including the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance learning outcomes. Roles and Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive, diploma-level instruction covering sales strategies, customer relations, and comprehensive dealership operations. Develop and teach specialized modules focused on sales. Design, implement, and evaluate rigorous business and operational assessments aligned with awarding body standards. Manage course content, learner progression, and assessment workflows utilizing Educational Learning Management Systems (LMS). Integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools into educational workflows to develop innovative training content, enhance student engagement, and streamline administrative tasks. Ensure all curriculum and training materials reflect current industry trends in both the automotive market and global supply chain logistics. Key Accountabilities Execute assigned duties in alignment with organizational goals, policies, and procedures Support departmental objectives and ensure operational efficiency Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support business requirements Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting related to job responsibilities Ensure compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and governance policies Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and operational enhancement Support team collaboration and contribute to a positive working environment Perform additional duties as assigned by management Essential Requirements (Must-Have) Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Equivalency: Must be able to obtain an official UAE degree equivalency certificate within the first 3 months of employment. Assessor Qualification: Must hold a recognized TAQA assessor qualification. Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in English (both written and spoken) is strictly required for instructional delivery and academic documentation. EdTech Proficiency: Hands-on experience navigating and utilizing Educational LMS platforms. AI Integration: Professional proficiency in utilizing AI tools and applying AI-driven methodologies within an educational context. Preferred Qualifications (Highly Advantageous) Currently residing in the United Arab Emirates. Language Proficiency: Working proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage. Possess a recognized formal teaching qualification. Hold the AdA qualification (Ausbildung der Ausbilder — the standard German “Train the Trainer” certification). Show more Show less
