Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to oversee, plan, and execute projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring project deliverables are met, and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders. The Project Manager should possess strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure projects are delivered successfully within the defined scope, timeline, and budget. Key Responsibilities ● Plan, initiate, and manage projects from inception to completion. ● Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements. ● Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and progress reports. ● Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations. ● Monitor project progress and performance to ensure timely delivery of milestones and objectives. ● Identify potential risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop effective mitigation strategies. ● Manage project resources, budgets, and priorities effectively. ● Facilitate project meetings, provide regular updates, and ensure clear communication among all stakeholders. ● Track project milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs). ● Ensure project documentation is accurate, organized, and up to date. ● Address project challenges and implement corrective actions when necessary. ● Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with established quality standards and stakeholder expectations. ● Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and requirements. ● Provide regular status reports and updates to management and relevant stakeholders. ● Ensure successful project closure, including final deliverables, documentation, and lessons learned. Qualifications & Requirements ● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. ● Previous experience working with one of the Big 4 firms (Deloitte, PwC, EY, or KPMG) is mandatory. ● Proven experience in project management or a similar role. ● Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices. ● Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills. ● Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities. ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ● Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. ● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. ● Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar platforms. ● Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. ● Strong attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
