ATM Engineer

We are looking for an experienced ATM Cash Management & Reconciliation Specialist with 2–5 years of relevant experience in banking operations, cash management, or financial reconciliation. 🔹 Key Responsibilities Manage ATM cash forecasting and replenishment to ensure optimal cash availability. Perform daily ATM cash and transaction reconciliation. Investigate and resolve cash discrepancies, shortages, overages, and customer disputes. Coordinate with Cash-in-Transit (CIT) vendors for ATM cash replenishment. Reconcile ATM journal logs, network reports, and core banking ledger transactions. Ensure compliance with internal audit controls, AML guidelines, and dual-control procedures. 🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. 2–5 years of relevant experience in banking operations, cash vault management, or financial reconciliation. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables. Familiarity with core banking platforms such as Finacle, FIS, or Fiserv. Knowledge of ATM management systems such as NCR or Diebold Nixdorf. Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and time management. Show more Show less
