Role Description We are seeking a motivated Direct Sales professional for a full-time position based on-site in our Cairo, Egypt location. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, conducting client meetings, and creating customized insurance solutions to meet customer needs. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, maintaining relationships with clients, staying informed about industry trends, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless customer service. Qualifications Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in client relationship management and customer service Knowledge of insurance products or sales strategies is an advantage Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with a team Communication and presentation skills in professional settings Strong organizational and time-management abilities Experience in the insurance sector is considered a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Show more Show less
