Senior Total Rewards (Performance Management)

Key Responsibilities • Payroll & HRIS: Oversee monthly payroll processing, ensure compliance with Egyptian payroll tax and social insurance laws, and manage HRIS reporting/workflows. • Compensation & Benefits: Benchmark salaries, update pay bands, assess internal equity, run annual salary review and merit cycles, and review bonus/incentive schemes. • Performance Management: Partner with Talent Management to connect performance appraisals, scoring methods, and KPIs to reward decisions. • Policies & Terms: Develop HR policies, the employee handbook, SOPs, and review employment contracts. Requirements • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience in compensation & benefits, payroll, and performance management. • Knowledge & Skills: Strong command of Egyptian Labour Law, payroll taxation, social insurance, advanced Excel, job evaluation/grading, and automated HR systems (ZenHR is a plus).
