Social Media Account Manager (Digital Marketing Services)

Job Description Potential HR is hiring on behalf of its client, digital marketing agency, for a Social Media Account Manager based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are looking for a client-focused, creative, and results-driven professional with proven experience in Social Media Account Management within a Marketing or Creative Agency. The successful candidate will manage client relationships, lead social media planning and campaign coordination, and work closely with creative and performance teams to deliver engaging content and measurable business results. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. Develop and oversee social media strategies, content pillars, and monthly content calendars aligned with client objectives. Manage social media activities across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, X, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. Coordinate with Designers, Copywriters, Videographers, Content Creators, and Paid Media teams to ensure high-quality campaign execution. Write, review, and approve Arabic and English content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and Saudi audience preferences. Manage client meetings, presentations, creative briefs, content approvals, and campaign deliverables. Monitor campaign performance, analyze social media KPIs, and provide actionable recommendations and client reports. Handle client feedback, complaints, and escalations professionally, maintaining strong account relationships. Manage account timelines, scopes of work, and budgets while ensuring timely delivery. Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling relevant agency services. Support business development activities, including proposals, pitches, and presentations. Stay updated on Saudi market trends, digital culture, and emerging social media practices. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. 3–5 years of proven experience in Social Media Account Management or Digital Marketing Account Management. Minimum 3 years of experience working within a Digital Marketing, Advertising, Social Media, or Creative Agency — Mandatory. Saudi nationality is required. Proven experience managing multiple client accounts, client relationships, and social media campaigns. Strong experience in developing social media strategies, content calendars, and creative briefs. Excellent understanding of the Saudi market, audience behavior, and digital trends. Strong Arabic and English communication and copywriting skills, including proficiency in Saudi White Language. Experience coordinating with cross-functional creative, content production, and performance marketing teams. Proficiency in social media analytics, performance reporting, and presenting campaign results to clients. Strong client servicing, presentation, negotiation, problem-solving, and account management skills. Ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines, and client expectations in a fast-paced agency environment. Experience supporting business development, client pitches, or account growth initiatives. Experience in Event Management, Event Coordination, or Event Marketing is a plus. Experience managing accounts in Real Estate, Retail, F&B, or Lifestyle sectors. Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, and social media analytics tools.
