Engage with guests to create personalized experiences and maintain accurate guest records. Manage resources by taking inventories, re-ordering supplies, and safeguarding cash. Monitor cashiering functions, comply with procedures, and manage financial aspects like the General Ledger and budget. Suggest strategies to increase market share and optimize profits while controlling labor and expenses. Maintain high cleanliness standards and adhere to health, safety, and grooming policies. About You The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management/F&B Management and/or a Health & Safety certification is considered an advantage. 3–5 years of experience within the hospitality or food & beverage industry, preferably in luxury hospitality environments. Strong understanding of outlet operations, guest service standards, cash handling procedures, inventory management, and cost control. Proven leadership and team development skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and support colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
