Full-Stack AI-Native Developer (Supabase, React/Lovable, AI-Tools)

About the Role: We are a fast-growing tech studio building multiple high-impact web platforms—including a talent-brand matchmaking platform, an e-commerce ecosystem for the interior design & decor industry, and a smart B2B industrial networking platform. Job Details Location: Nasr City, Cairo (On-site). Working Hours: 8 hours per day. Working Days: 6 days per week. Salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications. We are looking for a highly efficient, fast-paced Full-Stack Developer who embraces the power of modern AI development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable, Supabase, OpenAI APIs) to ship production-ready applications rapidly without sacrificing security or scalability. Note: If you are a traditional developer who insists on writing every single line of code from scratch without leveraging AI, this role is NOT for you. We value speed, execution, problem-solving, and building robust apps in weeks, not months. Key Responsibilities: AI-Accelerated Frontend & Backend: Build and iterate complex web interfaces, database structures, and serverless logic using AI-first workflows (Lovable, React, TypeScript, Supabase). Database & Row-Level Security: Design, set up, and optimize Supabase (PostgreSQL) databases while enforcing strict Row-Level Security (RLS) and data privacy policies. Web Security & Best Practices: Ensure end-to-end security across all applications (preventing OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities, securing API endpoints, managing environment secrets, and authentication flows). AI & API Integrations: Connect and manage external APIs, vector databases, and AI models (OpenAI, Whisper, custom LLM prompts) to power smart matchmaking and automation features. Deployment & Ops: Handle domain mapping, environment setups, testing, bug fixing, and maintaining reliable production deployments. Requirements & Qualifications: Full-Stack Proficiency: Strong experience with Supabase (Auth, RLS, Edge Functions, PostgreSQL) and modern frontend frameworks (React / Next.js / Lovable). AI Tool Mastery: Advanced expertise in using AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT, Lovable) as a core part of your daily development workflow. Web Security Knowledge (Crucial): Solid understanding of web security principles, secure API design, RLS policy management, and data protection. Business & Problem-Solving Mindset: You focus on shipping functional, secure business solutions quickly rather than over-engineering.
