Senior Organizational Development Specialist

Job Description The Senior Organizational Development Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving Organizational Development (OD) programs and initiatives that support business objectives. The role focuses on performance management, talent management, succession planning, competency frameworks, organizational design, employee engagement, and workforce development to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee performance. Key Responsibilities Manage and enhance Performance Management processes and frameworks. Develop and maintain Competency Frameworks across the organization. Support Succession Planning and Talent Review initiatives. Lead Organizational Design and workforce planning activities. Design and implement Talent Management and Employee Development programs. Analyze organizational structures and recommend improvement opportunities. Drive employee engagement and organizational effectiveness initiatives. Prepare reports, metrics, and insights to support leadership decision-making. Partner with HR and business stakeholders to align OD initiatives with strategic objectives. Support change management and transformation projects. Requirements Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Organizational Development. Strong knowledge of Performance Management, Competency Frameworks, Succession Planning, and Talent Management. Experience in organizational design and change management. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications. Show more Show less
