Company Description FLAVE by Chef Wali is an elevated burger joint established in 2021, offering a variety of handcrafted gourmet burgers and side dishes. Our concept brings together creativity, passion, and hospitality to deliver a dining experience that goes beyond the ordinary. Role Description The Chef De Partie (CDP) at FLAVE is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi. The CDP is responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, preparing and cooking dishes according to FLAVE’s standards, and ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning. Daily responsibilities include overseeing mise en place, monitoring food quality and freshness, maintaining high hygiene and safety standards, and coordinating with other kitchen team members to support smooth service. The CDP will assist in menu development, implement kitchen procedures, train and guide junior staff, and collaborate with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to meet service timelines and operational goals. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Culinary Skills, including Cooking and Food Preparation, with experience managing a designated kitchen section. Candidates should demonstrate thorough knowledge of Hygiene standards and food safety practices in a professional kitchen. Candidates should have effective Communication skills for coordinating with kitchen and front-of-house teams. Formal culinary training or relevant certification is beneficial, along with prior experience as a Chef De Partie or in a similar role.
