Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and oversee marketing and advertising campaigns for real estate projects.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.
- Develop marketing plans to support property launches, project positioning, and sales targets.
- Enhance brand awareness and strengthen the company's market presence .
- Coordinate with the Sales and Design departments to ensure consistency in marketing campaigns and project branding.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in real estate marketing strategies, property launches, and advertising campaigns.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage a team, monitor performance, and achieve marketing and business targets.
