About the Role. Job Location: Kuwait. Department: On Sync Energy Management Services Company. Job Responsibilities Repair, maintain, fabricate, and install GRP/RTRP pipes and fittings up to 40 inches in diameter. Work with various GRP pipe jointing systems, including adhesive-bonded, laminated, mechanical, and O-ring joints. Perform pipe shaving, surface preparation, heating, and adhesive bonding using appropriate tools and equipment. Use pipe pullers, band clamps, heating blankets, field ovens, cutting tools, grinders, and temperature gauges. Identify and apply suitable adhesives and resins, following specified mixing ratios and curing times. Safely cut, prepare, and install GRP pipes and fittings in accordance with applicable safety procedures. Cut and fit gaskets and ensure proper flange alignment on vessels and pipelines. Assist with dismantling, cleaning, assembling, adjusting, and maintaining mechanical equipment. Follow workplace safety requirements and maintain effective communication with team members. Qualification Requirements Secondary School Certificate or higher. Minimum 3 years of practical experience in GRP/RTRP piping repair, replacement, fabrication, and installation within the Oil & Gas industry. Hands-on experience with GRP pipe jointing methods, adhesives, resins, and related installation tools. Familiarity with industrial equipment and piping systems, including process vessels, heat exchangers, coolers, and valves. Ability to understand and follow technical and safety procedures.
