HVAC Technical Office Team Leader 📍 Location: Industrial Zone, Giza, Egypt 🏢 Company: Nesstra Egypt (Supporting Nesstra Ghana Projects) 🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time Nesstra Egypt is looking for an experienced HVAC Technical Office Team Leader to join our team and support our ongoing HVAC projects. Key Responsibilities • Lead and supervise the technical office team while ensuring proper workload distribution. • Review and coordinate shop drawings, material submittals, BOQs, and technical documents. • Prepare cost estimates, variation orders, and technical reports. • Coordinate with project managers, procurement teams, and consultants. • Ensure design updates are aligned with project execution requirements. • Conduct technical reviews and maintain quality standards. • Support and mentor junior engineers to improve team performance. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. • Minimum 6 years of experience in Technical Office functions within HVAC/VRF projects. • Strong knowledge of VRF systems, HVAC calculations, and BOQ preparation. • Leadership and team management experience. • Good English communication and technical documentation skills.
