About The Role
Design and implement training programs that develop employees’ technical and behavioral skills, linked to performance evaluations and organizational needs, with continuous impact assessment and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct annual training needs analysis and propose the training plan. .
Design and deliver interactive courses (workshops, e-learning, AI-enabled tools).
Evaluate training effectiveness during and after programs; provide coaching.
Identify and develop talent with departments; prepare annual educational initiatives and reports.
Requirements
Bachelor’s in Education/HR/Business or related; Master’s preferred; relevant certifications (e.g., CIPD/ATD) are a plus.
7–10 years in training/career development; strong facilitation and evaluation skills.
Experience with LMS/e-learning; excellent communication and problem-solving.
