Senior E-Commerce Specialist

M Trade & Motul Egypt , Automotive Oil & petrochemicals Products . located in New Cairo. Role Description Manage online marketplaces (e.g. Amazon, Noon, Jumia) and the company’s e-commerce website. Upload, optimize, and maintain product listings, images, and descriptions. Coordinate online promotions, campaigns, and seasonal offers to drive sales. Monitor and analyze key metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, AOV, and ROAS to identify opportunities for improvement. Work closely with logistics to ensure smooth order processing, shipping, and returns. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to online sales. Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and competitors. Collaborate with the digital marketing team on paid ads and SEO strategies to drive qualified traffic. Prepare regular reports on sales performance and customer behavior.
