What you’ll do Own the two-week release calendar and hold the programme to it Run change approval, including technical sign-off from the solution architects Chair release readiness reviews and make the go/no-go call Manage App Store and Google Play submissions, staged rollouts and versioning Line up app and backend changes across the vendor, the integration layer and connected entities Plan rollback, hotfix and emergency releases without breaking cadence Report on-time rate, change failure rate and rollbacks to programme leadership What you’ll bring 6–8+ years in release, change or DevOps delivery management Hands-on experience releasing a mobile app through Apple and Google on a frequent cadence Experience on large multi-vendor, multi-stakeholder programmes Working knowledge of CI/CD (Azure DevOps or similar) and ITSM tooling (ServiceNow, Jira SM) Light-touch ITIL change practice that speeds a two-week cycle rather than slowing it The judgement, and the backbone, to recommend a no-go Government or regulated-sector experience is a plus Good to have: ITIL 4, PSM/CSM/SAFe, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert.
