Quality Assurance Lead (Mobile Testing)

JOB PURPOSE The QA Lead will be responsible for leading the quality assurance efforts for Sahatna app, ensuring that the product meets the highest quality standards before release. This position involves developing testing strategies, managing QA teams, and ensuring compliance with established processes and standards. The QA Lead works closely with development teams, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure that all software components function as expected and are free of defects. KEY ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and strategies for projects Design, implement, and execute manual and automated test cases Ensure adequate test coverage for functional, regression, performance, and stress testing Identify, record, document, and track bugs, working closely with development teams to resolve them Should be a responsible leader who can manage quality of the app by leading, mentoring, and managing the QA team Should be able to guide team for automation and performance related activities Provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations Work closely with development, product management, and business teams to understand project requirements and goals Participate in design and code reviews to ensure quality is considered from the start of the development process.
