Account Manager

Role Description The Account Manager is a part-time hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility to work remotely for part of the schedule. This role is responsible for managing relationships with members, partners, and sponsors, ensuring a high level of engagement and satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling inquiries, coordinating member onboarding and renewals, tracking account activities, and maintaining accurate records in CRM and membership systems. The Account Manager will support outreach campaigns, assist with event and webinar promotion, and collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for membership growth and partnership development. The role also involves preparing account reports, monitoring performance against targets, and providing input to improve processes and member services. Qualifications Strong client and stakeholder relationship management skills, including responsiveness, follow-through, and a service-oriented approach. Experience with account coordination or membership administration, preferably within a professional association, engineering, or technical organization. Proficiency with CRM or membership management systems, spreadsheets, and basic data tracking and reporting tools. Effective communication skills, including clear written communication, professional email etiquette, and confident virtual and in-person interaction. Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts, deadlines, and priorities in a part-time hybrid work setting. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and follow-up. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
