Safety Inspector

Job Summary Al-Rashed Industrial are looking for Safety Inspector professionals to join our team in Jeddah. This position is responsible for monitoring and enforcing compliance with company HSE policies, Saudi regulations, and client safety requirements. The role involves conducting regular site inspections, identifying workplace hazards, investigating incidents, and promoting a strong safety culture to ensure a safe working environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct routine workplace inspections to identify unsafe acts and conditions. Monitor compliance with company HSE procedures, safety standards, and legal requirements. Perform daily site safety audits and prepare inspection reports. Ensure employees and subcontractors comply with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements. Report and follow up on safety violations and corrective actions. Participate in incident and accident investigations and prepare reports. Conduct toolbox talks and safety awareness sessions for employees. Assist in preparing risk assessments and job safety analyses (JSA). Maintain safety records, inspection checklists, and documentation. Coordinate emergency response activities and drills when required. Support the implementation of HSE initiatives and continuous improvement programs. Qualifications & Requirements Diploma or bachelor's degree in occupational health & safety or a related field. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in construction, industrial, manufacturing, or oil & gas environments. Professional certifications such as: NEBOSH IGC (preferred) IOSH Managing Safely OSHA Certifications First Aid/CPR Certificate (preferred) Good knowledge of Saudi HSE regulations and industry best practices. Ability to prepare reports and maintain HSE documentation. Strong communication and observation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
