.Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers with product selection. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products. Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and promotions. Drive sales and achieve individual/store targets. Support upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Process transactions using POS systems. Maintain product displays and store presentation standards. Replenish stock and support basic inventory activities. Handle customer queries and complaints professionally. Maintain accurate sales and customer records. Support promotional campaigns and store activities. Build positive customer relationships and encourage repeat business. Follow company policies, grooming standards, and store procedures. Requirements Previous experience in Retail Sales, Customer Service, or Sales Promotion is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused and confident in a sales environment. Target-driven with good selling and negotiation ability. Basic knowledge of POS and retail operations. Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Good English communication; additional languages are an advantage.
