SAP Supply Chain Senior Manager Location: Saudi Arabia Employment Type: Permanent We are seeking an experienced SAP Supply Chain Senior Manager to join a growing SAP Advisory practice in Saudi Arabia. This is a senior, client-facing role combining hands-on SAP Supply Chain expertise with technology advisory, business development and transformation delivery. The successful candidate will play a key role in advising clients on complex SAP-enabled supply chain transformations, developing new business opportunities and managing client relationships from initial engagement through to delivery. This position is ideal for an experienced SAP Supply Chain professional looking to take on a broader leadership role, combining functional expertise with commercial responsibility and strategic client engagement. Key Responsibilities Lead SAP Supply Chain advisory engagements, supporting clients through technology strategy, transformation planning and implementation Provide hands-on functional expertise across SAP Supply Chain solutions, advising on system capabilities, processes and best practices Support the development of SAP advisory proposals, presentations, solution offerings and client engagements Identify and develop new business opportunities, contributing to sales, account management and the growth of the SAP Advisory practice Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on SAP and supply chain transformation initiatives Oversee the delivery of SAP Supply Chain projects and advisory engagements, ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction Collaborate with cross-functional technology and business teams to deliver integrated transformation solutions Support the development of the practice, including market positioning, service offerings and team growth Required Experience & Skills Extensive experience across SAP Supply Chain, with a strong understanding of functional processes and SAP solution capabilities Proven experience in SAP technology advisory, consulting and business transformation initiatives Strong hands-on functional SAP experience, with the ability to engage in detailed solution and process discussions Experience managing or contributing to sales, proposals, account management and client development Demonstrable experience working directly with senior client stakeholders in a consulting or advisory environment Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities to expand client relationships Experience managing SAP project delivery, transformation programmes or advisory engagements Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills Desirable Experience Experience working across large-scale SAP Supply Chain transformation programmes Exposure to SAP S/4HANA and associated supply chain solutions Experience within a consulting, systems integration or technology advisory environment Previous experience operating in the Middle East, particularly Saudi Arabia Arabic language skills The Ideal Candidate You will be a commercially minded SAP Supply Chain leader who combines strong functional and technical knowledge with the ability to advise clients, develop business opportunities and lead successful transformation engagements.
