Technical Support Officer

Intern: Technical Support Officer Duties and Responsibilities: Resolve standard endpoint, printer, mobile, connectivity, VPN, Wi-Fi, meeting-room, and workplace technology incidents. Prepare, configure, issue, relocate, and recover approved user devices and peripherals and maintain accurate handover records. Perform approved software deployment, endpoint configuration, routine connectivity checks, and basic device troubleshooting. Support meeting rooms, collaboration tools, access/attendance technologies, user onboarding, relocations, and workplace setup activities. Maintain accurate device, configuration, inventory, incident, software, and support documentation. Apply endpoint security and support procedures and escalate complex issues to senior staff, Infrastructure, or Information Security as required. Minimum Requirements Education Level: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering, or a related relevant field. Required Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience. Required Languages: Arabic and English with sufficient proficiency to communicate with users, prepare and understand technical/business documentation, and work with systems and vendors. Career Knowledge: LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and Internet connectivity; endpoint and device management; desktop operating environments; software deployment; printers and peripherals; mobile devices; collaboration and meeting-room technologies; endpoint security; network monitoring; onboarding and workplace support. Relevant endpoint, networking, Microsoft, Cisco, or IT service certification is preferred. Required Knowledge: Practical troubleshooting and analytical skills; clear documentation; service orientation; communication and teamwork; attention to detail; ability to follow change, security, data-protection, and documentation procedures.
