Job Purpose: Provide technical and maintenance support for ELR and MMI outlets, particularly focusing on coffee machines, refrigeration equipment, and kitchen equipment maintenance. Key Responsibilities: Preventive Maintenance: Proactively take measures to prevent equipment breakdowns or failures. Helpdesk Maintenance Support: Provide technical support and assistance to users experiencing issues or seeking guidance. Reactive Maintenance: Address unexpected equipment failures or malfunctions promptly to minimize disruptions. Required Qualification and Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably in the UAE. UAE driving license is required.
