About the job We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead oil and gas offshore EPC projects from start to finish. You will report to the Senior Project Manager and run multidisciplinary teams across engineering, procurement and construction. Your job will be to deliver every project safely, on time, within budget, and to the standard our clients expect. What you will do Lead the full EPC project lifecycle, from planning and mobilisation through to close-out Take full accountability for project financials, including profit and loss, cost control and forecasting Manage scheduling, budgeting, risk, change and scope control, and report regularly to management Lead multidisciplinary teams and manage the interfaces between Piping, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Civil and Automation Support preconstruction, estimating and proposal development for new and existing opportunities Manage contract administration, variations, claims and disputes Build strong relationships with client representatives, regulatory authorities, vendors and third-party stakeholders Track project performance through KPIs and make sure lessons learnt are applied to future projects Make sure all work meets HSE, quality and regulatory standards Mentor and develop project engineers and junior project management professionals What you will bring A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent professional qualification 12–15 years of experience on oil and gas brownfield and greenfield facilities with EPC contractors A proven track record of managing large EPC projects in the oil and gas sector Strong skills in cost control, scheduling, risk management and quality systems Solid knowledge of contract and stakeholder management Experience building and leading large cross-discipline, multi-supplier project teams Good knowledge of local contracting standards and international safety and regulatory requirements A PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage Arabic language skills are desirable Why join us Join a respected regional company with a 50-year track record in oil and gas Lead projects that make a real difference to the region’s energy infrastructure Work in a team that values safety, integrity and doing things right the first time Develop your career with a company that invests in its people and promotes from within Receive a competitive package based in Abu Dhabi How to apply Please click Apply and submit your CV.
