Location: Remote, based in the UAE (Dubai) Employment type: Full-time Start date: 18 January 2027 Salary: AED 15,000 to 20,000 per month base salary plus uncapped commission Reports to: Managing Director About us coachroom.ai is an AI-powered sales training platform for real estate professionals. Agents practise realistic client conversations with AI avatars and receive instant feedback. The role You will be responsible for acquiring real estate brokerage firms across the UAE as customers and for building a structured sales process. Key responsibilities • Generate new business with real estate brokerage firms across the UAE • Run product demonstrations and convert them into contracts • Build and manage the sales pipeline and keep the CRM up to date • Represent coachroom.ai at industry events • Share client and market feedback with the product team Requirements • Fluent English and German, spoken and written • Several years of experience in the real estate industry, ideally in the UAE • A strong network among brokers, brokerage firms and developers • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development with a proven closing record • Right to work in the UAE, or willingness to relocate to Dubai before the start date Nice to have • Arabic or other additional languages • Experience in PropTech, SaaS or training solutions • Experience selling to brokerage management teams How to apply Apply via LinkedIn with your CV.
