Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across all organizational levels.
Source and attract high-caliber White-Collar professionals.
Execute high-volume recruitment and onboarding strategies to meet Blue-Collar workforce requirements.
Requirements:
Proven experience in recruiting both White-Collar and Blue-Collar employees.
Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
