Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist (Translation & Localization). The specialist will manage full-life cycle recruiting for interpreters, translators, localization professionals, and support staff, from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing recruitment strategies, coordinating and conducting interviews, and maintaining a strong talent pipeline across multiple regions and language pairs. The role also involves partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, enhancing employer branding to attract diverse candidates, and ensuring hiring practices comply with legal, ethical, and data security standards. The specialist will use recruitment systems and analytics to track metrics, improve processes, and support scalable growth in a fast-paced, global environment. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in Recruiting and Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding. Strong Interviewing skills and the ability to assess technical, linguistic, and cultural fit for translation and localization roles. Background in Hiring processes, including collaborating with hiring managers, managing offers, and supporting workforce planning. Experience in Employer Branding, with the ability to promote the organization across digital platforms and professional networks. Knowledge of or experience in the translation, interpretation, or localization industry, ideally in a global or multilingual context. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, recruitment platforms, and data-driven hiring practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a commitment to inclusive and non-discriminatory hiring.
