Agency Operations Manager

About the Role We are seeking a commercially driven Operations Manager to lead a growing digital agency, oversee daily operations, drive profitable growth, and build a high-performing team. The role requires a balance of strategic leadership, financial accountability, client management, and operational execution. Key Responsibilities • Own business performance, revenue growth, profitability, budgets, and forecasting. • Lead daily operations across performance marketing, SEO, creative, content, and web development. • Manage key client relationships, retention, satisfaction, and account growth. • Drive business development, new client acquisition, proposals, and strategic partnerships. • Lead department heads, improve team performance, and establish clear KPIs and accountability. • Optimize workflows, resource allocation, project delivery, and operational efficiency. • Report business performance and growth opportunities to the CEO. Requirements • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, agency management, or a related business. • 3+ years in a senior management or leadership role. • Proven experience managing budgets, profitability, teams, and client portfolios. • Strong understanding of digital marketing services and agency operations. • Experience in business development, commercial negotiations, and client retention. • Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
