Senior Commercial Consultant

We are looking for a commercially driven professional to grow the client portfolio of a Dubai-based marketing business. The role is focused primarily on new business development, from identifying and approaching potential clients to presenting solutions, negotiating and closing. Once acquired, you will retain commercial ownership of the account, identifying opportunities to strengthen the relationship through upselling and cross-selling. What you'll do: - Generate and develop new B2B opportunities. - Build relationships with business owners, C-level executives and marketing decision-makers. - Sell solutions across branding, digital, social media, performance, content, websites, campaigns and related services. - Manage the commercial process from first contact to closing. - Develop existing accounts and identify new revenue opportunities. What we're looking for: - Proven B2B sales or business development experience in the UAE. - An established UAE business network is highly important. - Previous exposure to marketing, advertising, digital, media or related services. - Strong prospecting, negotiation and relationship-building skills. - Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
