Conduct regular safety inspections across production, warehouse, and other factory areas Identify workplace hazards, conduct risk assessments, and follow up on corrective actions Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company safety procedures Monitor machinery safety, fire protection systems, emergency exits, and PPE compliance Investigate workplace incidents and near misses and recommend preventive measures Conduct safety inductions and awareness sessions for employees Maintain HSE documentation, reports, and inspection records & Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to ensure safe operations Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field 2-4 years of experience in HSE, preferably in manufacturing Experience in food manufacturing, food processing, or FMCG is preferred Knowledge of occupational safety regulations, risk assessment, incident investigation, and fire safety Familiarity with ISO 45001, GMP, and HACCP principles Good communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills Benefits Social insurance coverage Show more Show less
