Fraud Monitoring Officer

Job Accountabilities Conduct fraud monitoring activities across various products & channels. Immediately respond to the generated alerts to mitigate any potential fraud loss. Identify suspicious transactions, flagging potential fraud cases. Analyze customer behavior, transactions patterns and market trends to validate the transactions whenever needed. Contact customers if needed to obtain their validation on the executed transactions. Execute the proper action based on the transaction analysis and validation like (block the card/account, update a memo, communicate the case with the relevant business line, etc… Conduct thorough investigations into suspected fraud cases. Respond to referred customers’ complaints. Immediately respond to the referred identified leaked data. Responsible of investigate & update the internal tracker with phishing, vishing & smishing cases to be properly reported to CBE. Participate in testing the new fraud monitoring systems. Minimum Qualifications: Fresh Graduates Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent. Knowledge of banking products and channels Knowledge of fraud schemes Good verbal and written Communication skills (Arabic/English) Report writing skills Research skills. Show more Show less
