Role Description The Sales Broker Real Estate role at Egypt Best Properties is an on-site position based in 6th October. The Sales Broker will handle day-to-day client interactions, including responding to inquiries, conducting property viewings, and providing detailed information on listings. Responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, negotiating sales and rental agreements, preparing offers, and coordinating with property owners and internal teams to close transactions. The role also involves updating property databases, monitoring market trends, participating in sales meetings, and following company standards and legal requirements throughout the brokerage process. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and client relationship skills. Candidates should possess Brokerage and Real Estate knowledge, including local market understanding. Candidates should possess solid Sales abilities, including negotiation and deal-closing skills. Candidates should possess Training capabilities to continuously develop personal sales and market expertise. Strong communication and presentation skills in, additional language abilities are an advantage. Ability to work on-site in Qesm 6th October, manage time effectively, and handle multiple clients and properties. Previous experience in real estate brokerage is Must; familiarity with Cairo and Sheikh Zayed property markets is a Must.
