🚀 We’re Hiring | #Software_Technical_Support_Leader 📍 Location: Maadi, Cairo 💼 Work Mode: On-site Amjaad Technology specializes in #Software_Development, #IoT, #Smart_Utilities, and #Digital_Transformation, and is looking for an experienced Software Project Manager to join our team. 🔹 #Key_Responsibilities: • Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. • Manage the client journey step by step, from initial requirements gathering through delivery and post-delivery support. • Gather, understand, document, and communicate client requirements with the relevant internal teams. • Coordinate with Software, Project Management, Technical Support, and other stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered.• Develop and follow up on project timelines, milestones, and delivery schedules with the concerned teams. • Ensure deliverables are completed and delivered to clients according to the agreed timelines. • Conduct and coordinate client onboarding, ensuring clients understand the solution, processes, and required steps. • Maintain regular communication with clients and provide updates on project progress, deliverables, and any potential delays or issues. • Coordinate with the After-Sales team to ensure a smooth transition from delivery to ongoing support. • Follow up on technical issues after delivery and coordinate with the Technical Support team to ensure timely resolution. • Handle client concerns, requests, and escalations while maintaining professional, customer-focused relationships. • Ensure proper documentation and handover throughout the project and post-delivery stages.• Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve the overall customer experience. 🔹 #Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in Software Project Management, Software Delivery, Implementation, Customer Success, or a similar role. • Strong understanding of software implementation and delivery processes.• Experience in client-facing roles with strong stakeholder management skills. • Good understanding of software projects, requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and technical support processes. • Strong project coordination and timeline management skills. • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, are a must. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects, clients, and priorities simultaneously. • Strong ownership, organization, and follow-up skills. ⭐ If you are passionate about technology, project management, client success, and delivering solutions from requirements gathering to post-go-live support, we’d love to hear from you! 📩 Send your CV to: [redacted email] 📌 Email Subject: Software Project Manager#Hiring #SoftwareProjectManager #ProjectManagement #SoftwareDevelopment #AmjaadTechnology #CareerOpportunity Show more Show less
