Role Description The Supervisor (Real Estate) role at RED is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt, covering projects in New Cairo and Sheikh Zayed. This role oversees day-to-day property operations, including monitoring occupancy, coordinating leasing activities, and ensuring compliance with company standards and local regulations. The Supervisor supports lease negotiations, reviews lease documents, and liaises with property owners, tenants, and developers to resolve issues promptly. Responsibilities include supervising site teams, tracking performance metrics, preparing regular operational and financial reports, and ensuring that properties are maintained to high quality and safety standards. The role also involves collaborating with internal departments to align property strategies with market data, customer needs, and RED’s service offerings. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate, with practical knowledge of local market dynamics. Candidates should possess skills in Property Management, including oversight of maintenance, tenant relations, and operational efficiency. Candidates should possess skills in Lease Administration and Leases, covering documentation review, compliance, and contract lifecycle management. Relevant experience in supervising real estate teams or operations, preferably in residential and/or commercial projects. Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to work with data and technology tools to support decisions. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a customer-focused and solutions-oriented mindset. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM or property management systems.
