Business Development Director (m/f/d)

What we are looking for: Join our forward-thinking team and play a key role in driving the strategic growth of our division in the GCC and MENA regions. In this key role, you will actively shape international partnerships, tap into new business opportunities and make a decisive contribution to the success of our ambitious corporate goals. Your responsibilities: Identifying and developing new business opportunities, as well as validating promising leads in strategic markets Actively building and maintaining a strong network of commercial and industrial partners within the international defence sector Continuous market analysis, identifying trends and monitoring the competition to support global growth objectives Seamless collaboration with the various business units, as well as international cross-departmental coordination Professional recording and maintenance of relevant business data in our CRM system, as well as in-depth reporting What qualifications you should have: A degree in economics, engineering or a comparable qualification Several years’ demonstrable professional experience in international business development within a complex and global environment Proficiency in using standard CRM systems and digital sales tools Business-fluent English; knowledge of other languages would be an advantage Strong intercultural competence and excellent diplomatic negotiation skills Willingness to travel worldwide What we offer you: Flexible working hours Attractive remuneration and 30 days’ annual leave Remote working A corporate culture that promotes professional and personal development Individualised and diverse external and internal training opportunities A professional induction process supported by a digital onboarding tool Show more Show less
