Role Overview Lead, coach, and manage a team of sales consultants to achieve sales targets and KPIs while delivering excellent customer service through a consultative, needs-based sales approach. Job Description Manage the sales team’s daily activities, performance, and morale. Achieve and exceed sales targets while monitoring lead conversion, average weeks per sale, cancellation rates, and productivity. Coach consultants on identifying customer needs and recommending suitable courses. Monitor sales calls and conduct at least one call coaching session per consultant each week. Identify training needs and support individual development plans. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, recommending actions to address performance gaps. Support recruitment, interviewing, selection, and training of sales and customer care staff. Plan schedules and shift patterns to maintain service levels. Coordinate with Marketing, Customer Care, Operations, and HR to improve results. Ensure compliance with credit control procedures and HR policies. Conduct counselling and disciplinary hearings when required. Resolve operational issues and escalate concerns that could affect team performance. Recommend improvements to customer experience and business performance. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. The document allows two years of experience for each required year of formal education. Significant experience leading a sales team, with proven success in achieving sales targets. Strong people management, coaching, communication, and presentation skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills. Commitment to customer service and experience using a consultative sales approach. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Computer literacy and data entry skills. Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and maintain a positive team environment. Results-oriented, accountable, resilient, and adaptable. Flexibility to work shifts.
