Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Application Senior Supervisor role located in Qesm El Maadi. The Application Senior Supervisor will lead the design, development, and integration of AI solutions, including large language models (LLMs), within .NET-based applications and enterprise systems. Daily responsibilities include overseeing application architecture, guiding development teams, reviewing code and solution designs, and ensuring secure, scalable, and reliable AI-enabled applications. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications, supervising implementation, and coordinating with infrastructure and support teams to maintain performance and service continuity. The supervisor will also mentor team members, support training on AI and .NET best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and standards. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum 6 years of software development experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role. - Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, REST APIs, and .NET. - Experience with PostgreSQL and/or SQL Server. - Knowledge of React or Angular. - Experience with Docker, CI/CD, AWS, or Azure is a plus. - Hands-on experience with AI/LLM integration and modern software architecture. - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Fluent in English.
