Senior Sales Executive

We're hiring: Senior Sales Executive ConnectX | Riyadh | Full time | Office and field About ConnectX ConnectX is a Saudi AI company based in Riyadh. We build AI voice agents that answer customer calls and handle bookings for businesses, and a clinical-grade medical copilot that supports doctors during the consultation. What you'll sell • AI voice agents for customer support: they answer calls around the clock in Arabic dialects and English, book appointments and pass complex cases to a human. • The ConnectX medical copilot: a clinical-grade ambient copilot that listens during the consultation and helps doctors with clinical notes, billing codes and medical questions. The role You'll own the full sales cycle with clinics, hospitals and businesses across Riyadh, from the first meeting to the signed quotation. You'll work from our Riyadh office and spend much of your week on the ground with clients. What you'll do • Build and manage your own pipeline of clinics, hospitals and businesses in Riyadh • Visit prospects and meet decision makers: owners, medical directors, operations and IT leads • Run discovery meetings and live product demos • Prepare quotations, negotiate and close deals • Keep every deal up to date in our CRM • Hand new clients to our account management team for onboarding • Hit your monthly new revenue targets What we're looking for • Proven B2B sales experience; experienced candidates are preferred • Healthcare, SaaS or technology sales experience is a strong plus • A track record of closing deals face to face • Confident communication and presentation skills • Comfortable in the field, visiting clients across Riyadh • Valid driving licence and your own car • Based in Riyadh • Open to all. Saudi nationals and Arabic speakers are preferred.
