Business Development Manager – New Client Acquisition

The Role: We're looking for a Business Development Manager who is a true hunter. This role is about one thing: bringing in new clients for our audit, tax and accounting services. You will build your own pipeline, open doors with business owners and CFOs, and close engagements independently. This is a full-time, on-site role based at our office on Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai. What you'll do * Generate new leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, field visits and LinkedIn * Book and run meetings with decision-makers, understand their needs and close the deal * Prepare proposals and negotiate fees for audit, tax and accounting engagements, with support from our technical team * Build referral partnerships with business setup firms, free zones, banks and law firms * Keep your pipeline updated in our CRM and report progress weekly * Hit clear monthly targets for meetings, proposals and signed clients What we're looking for * 5+ years of B2B sales experience selling services to UAE (business setup, banking, audit, accounting or professional services) * An active network of business owners and decision-makers in the UAE * A proven track record of new client acquisition, with numbers to back it up * Self-driven, disciplined and comfortable with cold outreach * Fluent English.
