Power House Egypt is hiring a "Sr. Planning Engineer”
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop preventive, corrective, and shutdown maintenance plans and schedules.
- Manage work orders, equipment records, maintenance history, and KPIs through the CMMS.
- Develop, update, and maintain MRP plans based on maintenance schedules, demand forecasts, stock levels, and equipment priorities.
- Identify spare-parts and material requirements, including required quantities and delivery dates.
- Follow up with the Procurement team on purchase requests, purchase orders, suppliers, and delivery of all required parts.
- Coordinate with Stores to monitor inventory levels, material availability, shortages, and critical spare parts.
- Ensure all required manpower, tools, spare parts, and contractors are available before starting maintenance activities.
- Monitor equipment downtime, maintenance backlog, schedule compliance, and resource utilization.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Procurement, Stores, Operations, and technical teams.
- Prepare weekly and monthly maintenance reports, material forecasts, and recovery plans.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
· Experience: 4-8 years of experience in planning
· Odoo ERP, CMMS software
