Electronics Engineer Team Leader

We are hiring | Electronics Engineer Team Leader We are looking for an experienced Electronics Engineer Team Leader to join BEDO’s Electronics Engineering / R&D team and lead the design, development, testing, and production readiness of electronic systems and PCBs. The role focuses on leading the Electronics Engineering team while ensuring high-quality, reliable, manufacturable, and production-ready electronic hardware designs. Working Days: Sunday to Thursday Work Type: Full-Time Work Location: 6th of October City - Industrial Zone Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Key Responsibilities: • Lead, mentor, and supervise Electronics Engineers and Technicians. • Design and review electronic circuits, schematics, and PCB layouts. • Lead hardware development from prototype through production readiness. • Review BOMs, component selection, and PCB manufacturing packages. • Ensure designs meet quality, safety, EMC/EMI, reliability, and manufacturability requirements. • Lead hardware testing, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis. • Coordinate with R&D, Mechanical, Embedded Software, Production, Procurement, and Quality teams. • Ensure proper technical documentation, revision control, and engineering standards. • Support continuous improvement of electronic designs and hardware development processes. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Electronics Hardware Design & Development. • 2+ years of experience in a Senior, Technical Leadership, or Team Leadership role. • Strong experience in Analog and Digital Electronics. • Strong experience in Schematic Design and PCB Layout. • Hands-on experience with PCB Manufacturing and Assembly. • Proficiency in Altium Designer, KiCad, EasyEDA, or equivalent EDA tools. • Strong troubleshooting and hardware debugging skills. • Hands-on experience with electronic test equipment such as Oscilloscopes, Multimeters, Power Supplies, and Signal Generators. • Good knowledge of EMC/EMI, Signal Integrity, Grounding, Thermal Management, and Electrical Protection. • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team management skills. Preferred Knowledge: • Experience with Embedded Systems and Microcontrollers. • Experience in taking electronic hardware from prototype to production. • Knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes and production requirements. • Experience working within multidisciplinary R&D and manufacturing environments.
