Project Management Team Leader

Position Overview We are seeking an organized and proactive Project Management Team Leader to support the coordination of field data collection activities in the UAE. The role is expected to involve supervising field operations, coordinating driver assignments, monitoring project progress, and ensuring that daily activities align with client requirements. The ideal candidate has experience in field operations, team coordination, and operational reporting, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily field data collection operations and driver assignments. Supervise and support a team of field-based drivers. Monitor route completion, productivity, and adherence to project schedules. Track operational progress and prepare daily or weekly reports. Identify and escalate operational challenges, delays, and equipment issues. Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure activities follow client instructions. Support the implementation of quality assurance and safety procedures. Monitor team attendance, availability, and operational readiness. Assist with scheduling, resource allocation, and workload distribution. Recommend process improvements to increase operational efficiency. Ensure clear communication between field teams and project management. Qualifications and Requirements: Ability to communicate in Arabic and English. Previous experience in field operations, logistics, surveying, or project coordination. Demonstrated experience supervising or coordinating a team. Strong organizational and stakeholder communication skills. Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or comparable reporting tools. Ability to track KPIs, deadlines, and operational performance. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience coordinating geographically distributed field teams is advantageous.
