‏⁦Reception Supervisor — Hamad Clinic | Salmiya, Kuwait Hamad Clinic, specializing in dermatology, laser, skincare and dental services, is looking for an experienced Reception Supervisor with strong administrative and leadership skills. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree Minimum 3 years of reception experience in a medical or aesthetic clinic in Kuwait, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role Valid, transferable Article 18 residency Fluent Arabic and English, written and spoken Excellent communication skills with patients, staff and management Administrative experience in staff management, including attendance, leave and shift scheduling Experience in onboarding and training new staff and evaluating team performance Proven team leadership, delegation and enforcement of policies and procedures Experience in patient experience management and professional complaint handling Strong appointment management skills, with a focus on attendance rates and schedule utilization Experience preparing operational, administrative and performance reports, including KPIs Proven ability to convert inquiries into bookings and maintain patient follow-up Good knowledge of aesthetic, dermatology and laser clinic services Proficient in Excel and clinic management / booking systems Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities Availability for shift work Available to join immediately Note: Only applicants meeting all requirements will be considered.
