Marketing and Content Intern

We’re looking for a Marketing & Content Intern to join MONAD. MONAD is a Kuwait-based group that establishes, acquires, develops, and manages brands across multiple sectors, each with its own identity and a shared vision. This opportunity is open exclusively to university students and fresh graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in marketing, content creation, and brand building. What you’ll do • Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, product launches, and social media content. • Help plan, film, and edit short-form videos for TikTok and Instagram. • Follow emerging trends and adapt them to each brand’s identity. • Assist with content calendars, photoshoots, and marketing activities. • Track content performance and suggest improvements. Who we’re looking for • A current university student or fresh graduate from any discipline with a strong interest in marketing and content creation. • A creative thinker who understands TikTok, Instagram, and social media trends. • Someone comfortable filming with a phone and using editing tools such as CapCut. • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English. • Initiative, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. No previous professional experience is required. Personal content, university projects, and creative ideas are welcome.
