We're Hiring: Senior Sales Manager Company: ARKPRO Location: Maadi, Cairo – Near Carrefour Maadi and Emarat Misr Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site Working Hours: 8 hours per day | 5 days per week (2 days off) About ARKPRO Established in 2015, ARKPRO specializes in providing marine, offshore, and safety solutions. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead business development initiatives, expand our client portfolio, and drive sustainable revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Identify and secure new business opportunities across marine, offshore, oil & gas, and industrial sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners. Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and negotiations to closing deals. Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions. Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging business opportunities. Lead sales activities, track performance, and provide regular reports to management. Collaborate with technical and operational teams to deliver tailored client solutions. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5–7 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in marine, offshore, oil & gas, safety equipment, or industrial solutions. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business. Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills. Experience handling corporate accounts, commercial proposals, and tenders. Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Strong leadership, commercial awareness, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work full-time on-site in Maadi.
