A growing healthcare business is hiring a CFO/Finance Director to lead commercial finance, controls and strategic growth planning. Key Responsibilities Oversee budgets, service-line profitability, governance and reporting. Support expansion planning, capex decisions and operational performance review. Lead finance transformation and board-level reporting. Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team. Requirements Qualified accountant with strong healthcare finance exposure. Experience in multi-site or service-intensive environments preferred. Proven record of leading senior teams and influencing C-suite and board stakeholders.
